We are seeking a highly skilled professional for a remote contract lasting 6-12 months, with the potential for renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive business concepts, including context diagrams, high-level processes, and user story maps.
- Create EPICs, features, and business user stories.
- Conduct high-level impact assessments, including T-Shirt size estimation for EPICs, features, and business user stories.
- Perform impact analysis and effort estimations (PIA).
- Review, approve, and sign off on HL-SAD and SAD documents.
- Map E2E processes from domain to application.
- Efficiently close tasks in project tools.
- Develop and maintain design defect resolution documents.
- Create and manage architecture documentation using tools like Confluence, Jira, Enterprise Architecture Sparx, pipes, and application inventory knowledge base.
- Generate architecture violation reports and provide mitigation and decision papers.
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Telco domains: Billing, CRM, Channels, Commissioning.
- Proficiency in technologies such as SFDC, Vlocity, Hansen, Cammunda, Convergent charging, Billing & payments in Telco, Data Modelling, REST, and Micro Services.
- Experience with E2E alignment, solution blueprint, agile methodologies, TMF frameworks, and Telco know-how.
- Proven track record in managing large transformation projects.
- Advantageous to have experience in IT roadmap definition.
