This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of £65k-£67k plus a 10% bonus. Role Overview:
As a Power Platform Consultant, you will be a critical part of the global technology team, providing expert support for Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the Power Platform suite. You will act as a key point of escalation and work closely with stakeholders, end-users, and external vendors to ensure the platform is optimized to meet business needs. You’ll be responsible for driving best practices, managing releases and changes, and ensuring adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other integrated applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Lead releases, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring successful implementation.
- Promote best practices and maintain full compliance with business processes.
- Work with vendors and 3rd party partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage user activities, including UAT, user groups, and forums.
- Analyze trends to identify corrective actions and improve user adoption and experience.
- Support global projects, delivering quality results within challenging timescales.
Key Technologies Supported:
- MS Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
- MS SharePoint
- MS Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps
- MS Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, OneDrive)
- MS Dynamics F&O (HR)
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Functional Support role supporting D365 CRM/CS applications.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and gathering business requirements.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A passion for service improvement and a focus on efficiency.
Qualifications:
- D365 CRM certifications (or equivalent).
- Functional Consultant or Business Analyst certifications (desired).
- Educated to AS/A Level (or equivalent).
