About the Role
As the Lead Data Engineer, you will:
- Establish & Lead: Develop and scale secure, cloud-based data pipelines using AWS, setting up a data engineering function from the ground up.
- Promote Agile & DevOps: Embed DevOps and Agile practices across the data engineering lifecycle, ensuring efficient and secure data delivery.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with data management and technology teams to align priorities and refine requirements.
- Mentor & Inspire: Provide hands-on guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence in software engineering.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a seasoned data engineering leader with experience in AWS-based data pipelines, batch processing, and Agile/DevOps principles.
