Well folks, it’s nearly a wrap for us…where has the time gone!! This time of year provides us with a great opportunity to reflect and plan ahead…oh and of course enjoy the Christmas party!
Each year before we celebrate the team’s hard work, we ALL share the twists and turns of our journeys and set our stall out for the year ahead.
This year’s highlights include:
- Growing our team
- Opening a 2nd office in Leamington Spa
- Hosting multiple training events and workshops for clients and candidates.
- Partnering with specialist IR35 consultancies
- Becoming a Crown Commercial Services Supplier status
- Moving our Manchester HQ
- Developing experienced consultants to reach their ‘best ever’ results
- Developing trainee consultants to break previous company results.
- Breaking monthly, quarterly and annual targets across the business.
- Rebranding our logo
Our pledge for next year:
