Remote Working is still very much on trend and we don’t foresee a change to this anytime soon. We recommend putting realistic barriers in place, to not blur the lines of home and work. There are huge benefits to remote working such as more flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere. If you’re open to remote working, make this is clearly advertised and your expectations are discussed with any interviewees.

As job seekers become more discerning, they are looking for employers who share their values and provide a satisfying work environment.
